Cloud Services Config Mgmt. CI/CD Tools Application/Web Server Scripting/Programming Language Key Responsibilities: Design and Implementation: Develop and configure contact flows, integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services (like Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, etc.) and third-party systems (like CRM platforms). Solution Development: Build and deploy scalable, resilient contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and related technologies. Integration and Automation: Integrate Amazon Connect with various systems, automate tasks, and build tools for scalability. Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot complex Amazon Connect solutions, perform root cause analysis, and provide ongoing support. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including user guides, standard operating procedures, and knowledge transfer materials. Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver successful contact center solutions. Staying Updated: Keep up to date with the latest features and best practices for Amazon Connect and the broader AWS ecosystem. Amazon Connect Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Amazon Connect, including contact flows, integrations, and administration. AWS Services: Experience with relevant AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, etc. Programming Languages: Proficiency in one or more programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript. Infrastructure as Code: Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like CloudFormation or Terraform. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams.
