We’re looking for up to 10 graduates to join us in February 2027 on a permanent basis, becoming part of a collaborative engineering community building technology used around the world from day one. Based at Innovation Park in Hamilton, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers, product teams, and technical leaders while contributing to real world products and platforms from the start. About the Graduate Programme Our two-year Software Engineering Graduate Programme is designed to accelerate your development through hands-on experience, exposure to different engineering environments, and support from experienced mentors and leaders. From day one, you’ll be a permanent employee and an active contributor within our Product & Technology teams. Throughout the programme, you’ll rotate across different teams and projects, giving you the opportunity to: Build experience across multiple areas of software engineering Work with different technologies, products, and engineering practices Learn from experienced technical specialists and leaders Develop a strong understanding of how large-scale technology products are designed, built, and supported Explore where your strengths and interests align for your long-term career You’ll join alongside a cohort of fellow graduates, creating a shared learning experience as you begin your engineering career together.
