Lead technical efforts to improve agility and engineering velocity. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team-wide best practices. Analyze delivery metrics and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with engineering managers to align technical solutions with agility goals. Deliver high-impact features and infrastructure improvements. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 7+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor others. Experience driving improvements in agile development environments. Solid problem-solving skills and a bias for action. Ability to work across teams and influence engineering culture. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 7+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Lead technical efforts to improve agility and engineering velocity while mentoring junior engineers. Analyze delivery metrics and collaborate with engineering managers to align technical solutions with agility goals.
