SAIC is seeking to hire a Software Engineer Intern. We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled intern to join our team. This role is in San Diego, CA and must be local to the area. The ideal candidate is an enrolled undergraduate or graduate student with a passion for cybersecurity, software development, and emerging technologies. This position offers hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic, mission-focused environment. JOB DUTIES: * Support development and research initiatives using C++, Python, or C in a Linux-based environment. * Assist in network monitoring and packet analysis using tools such as Wireshark or tcpdump. * Contribute to security analysis and software assurance research efforts. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical projects and deliverables. * Participate in documentation efforts including technical reports or research papers. * Apply knowledge of secure architectures and cyber-physical systems to real-world challenges.
