QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Must be a full-stack engineer with solid knowledge and relevant work experience in Javascript, PHP, and the Laravel Framework 8.10 or later versions.
• Have expertise in AWS services, including EC2, RDS, Elasticache, OpenSearch, S3, CloudWatch, and Route 53.
• Experience working with a remote team environment and Git best practices
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing software development teams.
• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent agile certification preferred.
• Experience in product management or working closely with product teams preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects to successful completion on time and within scope.
