Description

Proven experience leading and developing a small engineering team, including coaching, regular feedback and supporting career growth.
Strong experience across Microsoft Azure, particularly application development and integration using API Management, App Service and Service Bus.
Sound knowledge of secure application design patterns, including Azure Key Vault, secrets management and Storage.
Strong CI/CD and DevSecOps practices, with security and quality embedded throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
Experience using observability and monitoring to proactively identify and resolve issues, ideally with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
Ability to establish and champion engineering standards and best practices that improve quality, consistency and maintainability.
