As our Software Engineering Lead, you will play a key role in helping us reach our goal of continuous improvement in the efficacy and efficiency of our processes and resulting high product quality . Every day, you will be involved in the entire software development process to ensure the scalability and maintainability of the released product. HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE WORKING AS A SOFTWARE ENGINEERING LEAD:

• Lead a team of 4-5 software engineers, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture.
• Own Agile delivery processes, guiding Scrum ceremonies and ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
• Oversee front-end development of a healthcare scheduling platform using Angular and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align engineering initiatives with business objectives and drive strategic outcomes.
• Make architectural decisions, support production systems, and champion innovation through emerging technologies like AI.

• 3+ years of leadership experience in software development, including team mentorship and performance management.
• Strong background in web development with expertise in Angular, REST APIs, and object-oriented programming (e.g., C#, Python, or C++).
• Proven ability to lead Agile teams, manage delivery cycles, and solve complex technical challenges under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of aligning engineering efforts with business goals.
