Proven experience in leading multiple teams or squads in a complex, matrixed environment. Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into actionable outcomes. Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills. Deep understanding of product lifecycle, customer engagement, and operational excellence.
