We are seeking an Engineering Manager who thrives on leading by example in both technical direction and people management. This role will require you to be hands-on with the codebase, oversee technical architecture, and guide teams to execute on a high level, while also managing the growth and development of engineers on your team. The ideal candidate will enjoy diving into technical challenges and mentoring others, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement in an Agile environment.
Architect and Design Solutions: Take ownership of technical roadmaps and ensure the systems you’re responsible for are robust, scalable, and aligned with company goals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6+ Years Experience in the Focus
  • Scope of Responsibility: Full Product
  • Mentor Senior & Principal & Engineers
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience managing engineering teams, ideally in a technical lead or engineering manager capacity.
  • Agile Management: Proven experience in managing teams in an Agile environment, including leading Scrum or Kanban processes and promoting Agile best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide both technical discussions and career development conversations
