The Role As Software Engineering Manager, you’ll own the development and maintenance of AoFrio’s mobile and web application suite. You’ll provide technical leadership to cross functional development squads, setting the standard for architecture, security and code quality in an enterprise B2B environment, while still making a significant hands on contribution to team throughput. You’ll lead the design, development and delivery of scalable web and mobile applications that sit at the centre of AoFrio’s digital strategy — the platforms that turn connected hardware into services our customers rely on. You’ll build upon a high performing team, drive agile and secure development practices, mentor engineers, and champion AI development tools to accelerate delivery and sharpen our competitive edge. What You’ll Bring * Application development experience at a senior or lead level, including recent experience building and leading strong engineering teams. * Proficiency in Flutter, Dart. Previous experience in a SaSS company with exposure to IOT or hardware an advantage. * A genuine record of ongoing learning applying AI advances, automation and new approaches to lift efficiency, improve the user experience, and gain a competitive edge.
