DESCRIPTION In this role you will lead a team that owns on-device components and capabilities that enable worldwide Ad delivery to our partner apps. We are looking for a self-motivated and results-oriented leader with deep technical expertise who is ready to engage and challenge others, strive for operational excellence and work closely with our leadership to define and execute on a long term strategic vision that advances our business. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 12+ years of mobile software engineering experience 5+ years of management experience Expertise with iOS fundamentals and frameworks Proficiency with Swift and/or Objective-C Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Passion for problem solving, driving innovation and exploring emerging technologies Ability to weigh in on architectural decisions and align engineering execution with product and business needs Enthusiasm for guiding and mentoring engineers while advocating a culture of learning and growth Talent for successfully partnering with leadership and peers on technical (and non-technical) teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills
