eNGINE is hiring a Manager of Software Development, who will manage a team of engineers responsible for building and supporting our enterprise pharmacy systems.

As Manager of Software Development, you’ll:

• Lead a high-performing team of software engineers
• Drive full-cycle development of enterprise pharmacy applications
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, compliance, and IT teams
• Implement cutting-edge features like NLP, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflows
• Play a key role in transforming patient care through technology

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in software engineering (2+ in leadership)
• Strong Microsoft tech stack experience
• Agile methodology expertise
