FanDuel is looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead one of our engineering teams within the Sportsbook domain. As part of the Sportsbook Channels org, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring our Sportsbook product offering continues to deliver a world-class user experience for our customers. You will play a key role in delivery excellence, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver on key strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate has expertise in mobile application delivery, a passion for leadership, and a track record of successfully managing a high-performing engineering team. You should be comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that align with business objectives.

THE STATS

What we’re looking for in our next teammate

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in software engineering with at least 1 years of experience in an engineering leadership role.
• Technical Expertise:
• Experience in mobile application development and delivery.
• Familiarity with App Store requirements.
• Experience integrating mobile applications with backend services and APIs.
• Leadership and Communication:
• Proven ability to mentor and grow engineering talent.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and drive projects from inception to completion.
