Job Description Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with deep proficiency in at least one modern programming language 3+ years of engineering management experience, directly managing software engineers Proven track record of delivering complex software products on time and at scale Strong technical foundation — able to review code, engage in architecture discussions, and make informed technical trade-offs Excellent communication skills; ability to present technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and with modern software delivery tooling (Jira, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD pipelines) Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain strong engineering talent Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and microservices-based design patterns Exposure to resiliency engineering, observability, and high-availability systems Preferred Qualifications Experience with workflow and business process automation platforms such as Fenergo, Pega, Appian, or similar technologies Strong understanding of client onboarding, KYC/AML, or regulatory workflow systems, particularly within financial services Experience building or integrating workflow-driven, API-based, and event-driven architectures If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
