Job Details The Software Engineering Manager, Product (AI) provides technical and people leadership for teams building payer- and biller-facing product solutions on InvoiceCloud’s core SaaS platform. This role plays a key part in architectural evolution, delivery execution, and team development, with a strong focus on integrating AI-powered capabilities into product and platform workflows. Operating in a highly collaborative, agile environment, this leader partners closely with Product, AI Engineering, Platform, and other Engineering leaders to drive scalable, secure, and high-quality outcomes. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineering leader who balances strategy with execution and leads teams building solutions where correctness, compliance, and semantic accuracy are critical.
