• Cutting-Edge Technologies: Work with a diverse and modern tech stack, including Next.js, PostgreSQL, Vercel, to efficiently build scalable, reusable solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Strategic Leadership

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize technical requirements for startup concepts.
• Architect scalable, maintainable software solutions, emphasizing reusability and technical excellence.
• Develop technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and milestones.

Prototyping and Full-Stack Development

• Rapidly prototype MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) to test and validate ideas.
• Lead full-stack development efforts using Next.js, PostgreSQL, and complementary technologies such as React, Node.js, and Vercel.
• Ensure applications are optimized for scalability, performance, and long-term sustainability.

Team Management and Culture Building

• Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
• Establish best practices for code quality, architecture, and deployment across teams.
• Manage team workflows using Agile methodologies to ensure efficient delivery.

Database Security and Scalability

• Design and maintain secure, efficient database architectures while laying the foundation for future compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2).
• Implement best practices for data integrity, security, and accessibility using PostgreSQL and other relational databases.
• Develop solutions for scaling databases to handle increasing loads as startups grow.

Operational Excellence

• Create systems and processes that enable rapid development and deployment cycles.
• Define standards for reusable code, modular design, and documentation to accelerate product timelines.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure for scalable solutions.
