Lead the team in using AI to innovate the engineering process. Participate actively in detailed design, code reviews, bug/issue investigations with the feature teams and support well informed decisions towards business and engineering goals. Come up with creative solutions to develop innovative interaction models to create compelling user experiences. Execute in an agile model where you do up-front sprint planning, participate in scrums, and maintain a good glide path towards completion. Own accurate costing for your engineering activities and execute with high accountability to schedule and quality. Acts as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) and guides other engineers by developing and following the playbook, working on call to monitor system/product/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions, alerting stakeholders about status and initiates actions to restore system/product/service for simple and complex problems when appropriate. Contribute to the development of the test infrastructure for our features. Maintain an unwavering focus on our customers and the value you can deliver to them. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience designing and developing software in a full stack capacity. Outstanding technical problem solving and debugging capability. Experience with programming skills in C# and azure services. Demonstrated proficiency in creating solutions leveraging Azure. Experience in algorithm design with a background in mathematics or statistics. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Experience delivering high quality, reliable, maintainable, and scalable, full stack solutions using Azure or other cloud technologies.
