RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Develop a global understanding of Enterprise Service Management (ServiceNow) including, but not limited to, IT Service Management, Procurement, Accounts Payable & Real-Estate & Facilities Management.
  • Familiarize yourself with the short- & long-term business needs & guide stakeholders by offering them alternative solutions & bringing them awareness of the constraints of a complex system.
  • Participate in all phases of the Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC)
  • Design & implement technical solutions that conform both to customer requirements & established software development standards.
  • Deploy & maintain out-of-the-box modules, develop & evolve custom scoped applications running on the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Manage deployment of code between environments & coordinate releases to production according to internal change management procedure

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator, developing & maintaining secure & efficient solutions. Experience in functional analysis & requirements gathering is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, related fields, or equivalent experience
  • ServiceNow Platform (including Flow Designer)
  • Javascript, APIs (REST, SOAP), Angular, HTML, CSS
  • Case management in ServiceNow & work management in Azure DevOps
  • Knowledge of a variety of Out-of-the-box ServiceNow Modules including, but not limited to, ITSM/ITOM & Workplace Service Delivery.
  • Certification in or equivalent knowledge of ITIL practices.
  • Knowledge of business processes pertaining to procurement, accounts payable & contract management activities, including lease management.
  • Bilingual & excellent written & spoken competencies (Ability to understand both English & French & fluency in at least one of these).
  • Experience designing, documenting, developing, securing, & consuming APIs using technologies such as REST or SOAP.
  • Minimum two days per week at the downtow
