We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Engineering Tech Lead to join our R&D group in the Israeli site , located in Caesarea. What You’ll Do: Technical & Product Leadership: Own the architecture and delivery of Clinch’s Social Layer, including platform integrations, creative workflows, publishing APIs, and performance measurement capabilities. Drive technical decision-making: influence the technology stack, define best practices, and ensure scalability, security, and maintainability. Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Business teams to translate social-domain needs into clear technical solutions and roadmaps. Lead discovery and solution design for new social capabilities, platform features, and ad formats. Platform Integrations & Delivery Build and maintain distributed cloud services that support social creative production and publishing. Develop and evolve CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable and fast delivery to production. Own integrations with social platform APIs and their compliance requirements (rate limits, auth, policy constraints, versioning). Implement monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization for mission-critical services. Team Leadership & Execution Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team (backend, frontend, QA). Set clear goals, ensure strong ownership culture, and run effective agile processes (planning, grooming, retros, delivery). Ensure predictable delivery while maintaining high engineering standards and technical excellence. Coach engineers on design, code quality, observability, and scalable implementation patterns. Requirements BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent software engineering background. 5+ years of backend development experience, preferably with C#/.NET (or equivalent modern backend stack). 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including mentoring, execution ownership, and architectural leadership. Strong experience with cloud-based distributed systems and microservices. Knowledge of SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MS-SQL) including performance optimization and schema design. Comfort working in CI/CD environments with high-ownership release practices. Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally.
