In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll guide architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and deliver scalable, secure solutions that power our global platform. Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of highly scalable, distributed, and fault-tolerant systems. Set technical direction, guide architecture decisions, and ensure alignment with long-term platform strategy. Own and drive complex engineering initiatives end-to-end—from design through production deployment. Champion engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, observability, security, and performance. Provide day-to-day guidance, code reviews, technical mentorship, and growth opportunities for team members. Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous technical improvement. Collaborate with Product Management to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Partner with SRE, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure system reliability and operational excellence. Guide the team through iterative development cycles with strong attention to scalability, performance, and supportability. Lead technical discussions, drive consensus, and communicate decisions effectively across teams. Apply automation and test-driven development practices to ensure high-quality software delivery. Diagnose and resolve complex system issues found internally or in customer environments. Work with Support teams to handle escalations and ensure customer-impacting issues are addressed promptly. Continuously evaluate system performance and lead efforts to optimize and scale the platform. #LI-HA1 #LI-Hybrid Qualifications Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). 7+ years building large-scale, cloud-based systems. 2+ years in a technical leadership role (Team Lead, Tech Lead, or similar). Strong expertise in .NET / .NET Core and distributed systems design. Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP, RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, Redis. Familiarity with identity and authentication standards (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML) is a plus. Solid understanding of security best practices and networking fundamentals. Experience with performance tuning, profiling, and scalability optimization preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to influence architecture decisions. Proven track record of mentoring engineers and driving high-quality delivery. Additional Information CyberArk is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
