We are seeking a Technical Lead to play a key role within our Personal Risk Services (PRS) team in transforming our legacy infrastructure to a modern cloud stack based on API builds. With us, you’ll leverage your software engineering and digital thinking mindset to influence the development and implementation of full stack engineering solutions that are robust and scalable to meet evolving business needs. In this hybrid hands-on engineering and technical leadership role, you will engage with stakeholders directly, play an active role in design/architecture discussions, engineer solutions to complex business issues, and mentor/guide a team of junior to senior full stack engineers within the team as you work to build and implement innovative, often greenfield, solutions that directly impact overall user experience for our business and agency partners.
