Are you looking for your first leadership position? We are seeking a leader with hands on experience looking to take the next step into management by leading a small team.
Our Security Research team is looking for a Software Engineering Manager who is passionate about both technical leadership and hands-on development. You will be mentoring and guiding a team of talented developers in a constantly growing environment, while also taking ownership of architectural decisions that shape the future of our infrastructure. Your hands-on contributions will be an essential part of mentoring—guiding the team through complex problem-solving and ensuring technical excellence.
While coding is not your primary responsibility, you should be comfortable stepping in when necessary to unblock challenges, support key initiatives, and set high engineering standards. You will also be collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration of security infrastructure across Nozomi’s product ecosystem.
