Chapter 2 – A scalable talent solution.
THE ROLE:
As a Software Engineering Talent Partner, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of our Product and Tech teams. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders – including Heads of Products Engineering, and the CPO – to deeply understand hiring needs, build talent pipelines, and own the end-to-end hiring experience. From defining what “great” looks like to designing high impact hiring strategies, you’ll be embedded in the rhythm of our product development lifecycle.
This is a role for someone who’s equal parts strategic and hands-on, who loves the pace of product and tech, and who’s excited by the chance to raise the bar in the tech hiring industry.
