We help clients streamline operations and enhance business outcomes through expert consulting and best-in-class software tools.
We are currently seeking an experienced Software Implementation and business consultant to join our growing team. This role involves working directly with clients to lead implementations, optimize business processes, and ensure successful adoption of Infor CSD and DPI’s PJM module.

QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of experience in software implementation, ERP consulting, or distribution industry operations. Required. Skills: Must Have.
Working knowledge of Infor CloudSuite Distribution (SX.e) and/or DPI’s Project Job Management (PJM) module is required.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to travel as needed to client sites (up to 25%))

PREFERRED SKILLS

Familiarity with Infor products and ecosystems
Background in distribution, logistics, or project-based businesses
Experience with data migration, system configuration, and workflow design

Deliver consulting services for the implementation of Infor CloudSuite Distribution (SX.e/CSD) and Project Job Management (PJM)
Conduct business process analysis, gather client requirements, and recommend best practices for configuration and use of software
Lead user training and provide guidance during and after implementation (post-go-live support)
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of PJM software functionality
Develop and document solutions that streamline business processes and increase efficiency
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various functional areas
