Position Name: Software Implementation Expert Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Software Implementation Expert to join our team onsite in Jabalpur. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing Zoho products (Books, CRM, HRMS, Creator, etc.), Microsoft 365, and other enterprise software solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business processes, identify challenges, and design end-to-end automation and technology solutions that enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and drive business growth. Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of Zoho ecosystem, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and other enterprise software solutions for clients. Analyze client business processes and recommend technology solutions to optimize operations. Configure, customize, and integrate software platforms to meet client requirements. Conduct training sessions and provide support to clients during and post-implementation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery. Prepare technical documentation and maintain implementation records. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to implemented software. Who Can Apply: Professionals with 2+ years of experience in software implementation (Zoho, Microsoft 365, Dynamics, or similar). Candidates with strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Those who are client-focused, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments. Requirements Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Books, ZOho Creator, Microsoft 365, Strong understanding of business process automation and integration.
