Software Implementation Graduate- Konsise Job Title and Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT or Finance graduate to support our implementation and support teams, helping to deliver the successful deployment of our tax management software to clients across a range of industries. Reporting to: Head of Services Management level of role: This is not a management role Working environment & travel: Remote role. Your own fibre connection will be required. Exceptionally busy, team-orientated environment. This role could require some travel into the office when required. Working hours: 07h30 to 16h00 or 08h00 to 16h30 (Remote) Purpose of this role: The role has a two-fold purpose. To assist on support tickets and ad-hoc post implementation requests to ensure customer queries are handled timeously and with precision. KEY DELIVERABLES Post Implementation Project Queries: Assist with queries from client post implementation, e.g. assist with user access management, system settings, and basic configuration, etc. Perform routine system checks and data validations. Assist and support the implementation team in data mapping, importing, and validation Stakeholder Engagement: Provide guidance on Konsise Tax Management best practices to clients. Provide ongoing support on queries post implementation. Prepare adequately for client engagements and own all relevant documentation and administrative tasks. Ensure all internal and external stakeholders are consistently communicated with, and expectations are met and managed. Ensure excellent quality of stakeholder engagement, and client relationships, attend client meetings or workshops relating to the Konsise set up. Learning and Development: Develop an understanding of tax processes and how Konsise supports them. Participate in training and development activities related to tax and technology. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES IT-orientated and technology-savvy Advanced skills in MS Excel Exposure to databases, reporting tools, or analytics software is a plus Interest in systems and technology BEHAVIOURAL, SOFT COMPETENCIES & SKILLS Strong work ethic Able to understand complex concepts Organised, with great time-management and prioritization Excellent communication skills Ability to thrive under pressure and strict deadlines Team player Presenting solutions and products in written or oral reports Attention to detail and a passion for accuracy Desire to exceed customer expectations Attitude for learning & innovation. Self-starter who is pro-active and can both identify project risks and address these successfully EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor of Commerce Degree – Accounting or Financial or IT Honours in Taxation/Information Systems/Accounting or related field (desirable) DETAILS OF EXPERIENCE 1 year experience in accounting or Company secretarial functions or tax or a tax Graduate would be beneficial.
