We’re looking for a Software Implementation Specialist to join our team and be the driving force behind successful software deployments, working closely with veterinary practices to ensure seamless onboarding and optimal use of our innovative platforms. This role is a 12-month fixed term contract to support the rollout of our software solutions to IDEXX’s largest veterinary corporate account in Australia.

As a Software Implementation Specialist, you will:

• Lead end-to-end implementation for our largest corporate account, focusing on our Smart Flow and Web PACS solutions
• Manage installations, data migrations, training sessions, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Customize system configurations to meet client-specific needs and optimize practice workflows.
• Build strong relationships with clients, providing expert consultation and securing additional service contracts when needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with customer goals.
• There is minimal travel involved in this role.
