That’s where you come in.
We are looking for a Software Implementation Specialist to join our Integrations team! This includes set up of accounts, training of staff and managers on the use of the product via Zoom, and monitoring the account until it is through the trial period. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator (written and verbal) who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. Knowledge of restaurants and how they operate is a bonus!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of experience with restaurant operations
  • 1+ years of experience using Point-of-Sale systems (either in a support or end-user capacity)
  • 1+ years of experience in Technical Support/Customer Service
  • Enjoy problem-solving and thinking outside the box
  • Proven ability to convey complex step-by-step instructions in layman’s terms
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational skills
  • Experience implementing, training, and/or supporting POS a plus
  • Innately love and care for others, and are driven to see clients and team members succeed.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism amidst a vast range of client personalities.
  • Ability to work as a team, with a supportive, creative, solution-minded disposition.
  • Possess strong analytical and critical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to restaurant staff on how to use integrated systems effectively and troubleshoot integration-related issues.
  • Project Management: Manage the integration implementation process, including coordinating with internal teams, third-party vendors, and restaurant stakeholders to ensure successful integration deployment.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of integrations to ensure seamless data flow and functionality between systems. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Understand complex client questions surrounding restaurant management and the systems that support their goals
  • Identify clients needs and help them use specific features
  • Successfully scheduling trainings to align with the customer’s go-live date
  • Logging notes and tracking progress throughout implementation
  • Monitoring the health of your accounts and hand-off to customer success
