Position Overview
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client outcomes and driving impactful results? As a key member of our Implementation team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the client onboarding experience and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
As an Implementation Associate, you will build strong client relationships, guide them through successful implementations, and foster seamless transitions into ongoing support. In this role, you will manage the entire implementation process—from project oversight to training delivery—while providing valuable feedback to improve our processes and offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Client Implementations: Manage a portfolio of clients from the late sales stages through successful product implementation.
- Project Oversight: Monitor and track key project metrics, including status, risks, timelines, expectations, and deliverables.
- Comprehensive Training: Conduct engaging training sessions to showcase product features and ensure new users feel confident and supported.
- Process Ownership: Take charge of the implementation process, driving efficiencies and identifying ways to enhance the overall onboarding experience.
- Resource Development: Assist in updating and managing system guides to promote user understanding and product adoption.
- Client Engagement: Identify opportunities for deeper client engagement, retention, and account expansion.
- Seamless Handoffs: Collaborate with Client Success Management and support teams to ensure a smooth transition post-implementation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with colleagues in product, sales, and marketing to champion innovative ideas and processes that propel Safety Plus forward.
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented and highly organized: Proficient in managing multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment: Comfortable scheduling multiple client meetings each week and managing several clients at various stages of the implementation process.
- Strong interpersonal skills: Proven ability to connect with individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and skill levels.
- Analytical and problem-solving expertise: Skilled at identifying challenges, developing solutions, and making sound decisions.
- Exceptional written communication: Capable of crafting clear, professional, and effective correspondence and written materials.
- Empathy and client commitment: A positive, supportive attitude focused on helping clients achieve success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Experienced in using Excel, including advanced formulas and functions.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience in software product implementation.
- Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis in Excel.
- Experience with safety concepts, content, and training requirements.
- Relevant degree, vocational training, or work experience.
