In this position We are looking for an experienced Software Team Leader to bridge the gap between technical execution and team mentorship. In this "player-coach" role, you will be responsible for building and grooming a high-performing infrastructure engineering team while remaining deeply involved in the code and architecture. In this position null Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and grow a Software & infrastructure engineering team Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure software infrastructure Drive best practices across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including version control, code reviews, testing, and deployment Support SW development and validation teams with tools for CI and automation Collaborate closely with software, QA, and product teams to enable fast and stable delivery Requirements At least 7 years of hands-on software development experience in Python At least 3 years of team leadership or technical leadership experience Strong understanding of software automation design and best practices Strong understanding of SDLC and Git best practices (branching strategies, code reviews, CI integration) Proficiency in working with Linux Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities Proven experience with: Jenkins (CI pipelines) Docker (containerization) Kubernetes (container orchestration) Elasticsearch AWS Advantages Familiarity with the Yocto build system Experience designing infrastructure for high-availability or large-scale systems Experience with building and using AI agents for custom tasks We are passionate about building an inclusive and equitable working environment.
