REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• 4-8 years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or integration development
• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, systems engineering or related
• Demonstratable experience of at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Ruby, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues calmly and logically with a detail-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple language and liaise with teams effectively
• Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, and common integration patterns
