• Experience with large, high-availability software systems.
• Hands-on with modern full-stack web application technologies (Next.Js/React.js on the frontend and Java/TypeScript on the backend)5 years experience managing a team of at least 5 direct reports.

• Define engineering vision, strategy, and directions
• Manage roadmaps for delivering product vision incrementally and efficiently.
• Update roadmap to meet future product/business needs and infrastructure requirements.

• Mentoring and guiding engineers in regarding their performance and professional growth.
• Develop quality, reliability, and security strategies.
