WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Software Project Leadership: Direct multi-year programs, including technology migration efforts and the integration of software and hardware systems. Lead initiatives that involve the development and deployment of embedded software solutions, ensuring seamless interaction between software applications and hardware components. Oversee the entire lifecycle of software projects, from initial concept through design, development, testing, and deployment, ensuring that software solutions are optimized for hardware performance and reliability. Collaborate closely with hardware engineering teams to align software functionalities with hardware capabilities, driving innovation in audio technology.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary interface between customers, engineering, product, procurement, and executive teams. Unified cross-functional teams to accelerate delivery and streamline execution. Work with legal, HR, and operations to ensure alignment.
  • Global Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and lead diverse teams across multiple countries, fostering trust, morale, and accountability.
  • Quality and Performance Assurance: Implement and monitor quality gates to ensure design adherence and consistency across distributed development teams. Deliver software platforms with exceptional performance and minimal post-release issues.
  • Innovation & Technology Strategy: Drive adoption of new infrastructure and application technologies for clients facing digital transformation needs under accelerated timelines.
