Role description: Actical advisory to ensure the business gets the best value from the portfolio of services and applications Role accountabilities:   * Provide consultancy and best practices to global business teams . * Act as a platform technical and functional advisor * Represent with colleagues Arcadis tech in meetings with the vendor enterprise team * Collaborate with Arcadis operational teams in adoption, pursuits, and project delivery * Help administer, maintain and enable leverage of project data within CDEs incl. utilizing AI * Ensure platform knowledge management by the creation and support of KBAs * Spread knowledge about and drive the adoption of best-suited applications and platforms for a given task * Strong soft skills, ability to prioritize, attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills * Effective contract management and (re)negotiation where applicable * Other related tasks as assigned by the line manager. * Assist with application patches, upgrades, and enhancements * Help track and forecast platform usage * Support monitoring of cloud platform performance and desktop application metrics * Support the management of the Appstore software catalogue * Support escalated Level 3 support queries related to the platform. * Collaborate with Arcadis, enabling functions to ensure continuous compliance with Arcadis’ policies Qualifications & Experience: * Good technical knowledge and understanding of the platforms and portfolio * Ability to independently solve simple problems and accomplish tasks in a logical, methodical, and time-efficient manner when given high-level tasks or objectives * Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a global team.
