Description

in the first few months will be:

  • Researching and proposing one beachhead marketing channel (like Google Ads, email, content, etc) for which we will build an MVP agentic solution.
  • Next, you will set the roadmap and vision for the development of this software, including UX / UI, visual design, backend architecture, and more.
  • Then, you will manage Tom Haugen, our AI developer, who will be the primary person who actually writes the software.

TL;DR: you will set the product vision, define and own the roadmap, and ensure smooth execution in collaboration with internal stakeholders, particularly our technical lead, Tom Haugen. You’ll need to be proactive, results-driven, and comfortable holding others accountable to timelines and deliverables. You will own everything except the actual creation of the code (though you will be responsible for ensuring that we are shipping code on time and hitting deadlines).
We are looking for someone preferably from Canada, the Caribbean, South America, South Africa, Europe; open to candidates willing to work US EST time zone.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in software product management or product ownership.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills; able to juggle priorities independently.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to research, synthesize insights, and make informed strategic recommendations.
  • A “squeaky wheel” mindset: not afraid to follow up, ask questions, and push for progress.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, roadmaps, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • General design sensibility and ability to evaluate UX/UI decisions.Experience in startup or lean environments is highly preferred.
