We are looking for an expert Product Manager to craft usable, valuable, and delightful user experiences for key applications and tools that enable the reliability and efficiency of Apple’s Infrastructure Services. DESCRIPTION You should have a passion for product design and UX; excel at digging deep into user problems to understand and empathize with an active and opinionated user base; and drive a team to simple and elegant solutions to hard, complex design problems. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Excellent collaborative skills, and demonstrated ability to work cross-functionality with developers and other designers Experience with Infrastructure, Data Center Engineering, and Cloud Computing is not required - but you must have a curiosity about learning about these areas and becoming deeply familiar with this domain UI/UX experience in a software product team: prototyping, designing, and shipping full-stack software products Expertise designing across a diversity of platforms - web, mobile, responsive, AR/VR, API Expertise creating, owning, and evolving the information architecture (IA) of large complex applications Expertise in UI/UX wireframing and design tools, such as Sketch and Figma PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Demonstrated ability of taking a user-centric approach in everything you do to define, test, and iterate on UI/UX (e.g. user research, usability studies, A/B testing) Demonstrated ability to build and maintain design systems and frontend component systems at scale Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience with prototyping and design tooling
