AS A SOFTWARE PRODUCT OWNER, YOU WILL: * Be an advocate for the customer to improve the user experience design * Work directly with our software engineering development and test teams to refine and implement functional requirements * Support global product launches and release activities * Communicate product management activities to all levels of the organization as the product owner * Reference product roadmap to prioritize, socialize and implement software enhancement with software development and test teams * Customer-focused mindset for delivering a product that provides a great customer experience * Constantly look for ways to increase the team's velocity/productivity by eliminating waste and identifying creative ways to accelerate delivery timelines * Help build and maintain high team morale * Partner with the Product Manager to ensure alignment with requirements and priorities * Facilitation skills – ability to lead small to medium groups of internal stakeholders towards desired outcomes to meet business objectives WHO YOU ARE: You identify and seize new opportunities.
