WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Experience in software implementation or consultancy (preferred).
Knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodologies (advantageous).
Strong customer focus & relationship management skills.
Ability to analyse business needs and translate them into software solutions.
Strong problem-solving & time management skills.
Understanding of IT solutions, data migration, and financial planning software (a plus).
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

In this dynamic role, you’ll lead the implementation of our integrated Time & Attendance, HR, Payroll, Rostering, Agency, and Reporting software solutions. From initial client consultation to final sign-off, you’ll be the go-to expert, ensuring a smooth transition and maximum value for our clients.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Leading Implementation Projects – Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure successful software deployment.
Customer Engagement – Understand client business needs, provide expert guidance, and build lasting relationships.
Software Configuration & Testing – Define, configure, and test solutions while ensuring quality standards are met.
Training & Support – Provide training sessions, create user manuals, and offer ongoing client support.
Problem-Solving & Process Improvement – Identify challenges, propose solutions, and enhance implementation strategies.
Project Management – Plan tasks, manage issues logs, host project meetings, and oversee UAT testing.
