• Analyzing the technology environment and provide solutions
• Setting the collaboration framework
• Participating in technology selection and Controlling solution development
• Supporting project management
• Analyzing and documenting requirements
• Work with and lead development team.
• Oversees performance of individual team members and the team as a whole
• Identifies and addresses staff training and development needs
• Assigns and prioritizes work tasks
• Will act as a scrum master and Dev manager on projects under development
• Understanding of design patterns, principle and Object Oriented Design.
• Provide feature estimates
• Mentor and support the developers and review deliverables and provide performance feedback
• Interact with customers
• Ensure timely delivery of the projects and always meet the deadlines.
