🌟 Qualifications & Requirements

🔹 Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in IT project management.

🔹 Proven experience managing and delivering IT and technology-related projects.

🔹 Strong understanding of project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and project delivery.

🔹 Ability to manage project scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and deliverables.

🔹 Strong stakeholder-management and cross-functional coordination skills.

🔹 Ability to work effectively with technical teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and senior management.

🔹 Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

🔹 Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project-management methodologies is an advantage.

🔹 Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or Agile would be an added advantage.

🌟 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead IT projects from initiation and through execution, implementation, and closure.

🔹 Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.

🔹 Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

🔹 Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues and implement appropriate mitigation plans.

🔹 Coordinate activities between IT teams, business functions, vendors, and other stakeholders.

🔹 Prepare regular project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.

🔹 Lead project meetings and ensure actions, decisions, and deliverables are properly tracked.

🔹 Ensure projects achieve their intended business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
