THE POSITION

In the TRIOS Dx team, we are looking for a skilled Software Project Manager with a keen interest in AI, Cybersecurity, and software development. You will be managing the end-to-end delivery of innovative software releases and will, during this, play a key role in ensuring we have thorough and efficient documentation that complies with standards, regulations, and internal processes. You will work together with other Project Managers who are also contributing to the product. Your main tasks include:

• Take the project through the entire software development life cycle using your many project management skills.
• You will be doing planning at different levels, from strategic roadmap planning incorporating top-level strategic goals to recurring sprint planning, always in collaboration with the technical product owner, software architect, and involving the entire team whenever needed.
• Manage cybersecurity activities to ensure 3Shape software systems are secure and meet the relevant Cybersecurity requirements.
• Collaborate with test engineers to ensure adequate test management and test strategies are in place to demonstrate that 3Shape software systems are safe and effective.
• When required, support RA/QA during audits and/or compilation of regulatory submissions.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for candidates with a good understanding of the software product lifecycles. You may have experience from related positions, and you have a relevant education.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a project manager, preferably within agile software development
• Master’s degree in IT, computer science, engineering, management, or similar
• Proficient in the project and/or program manager’s toolbox, preferably certified
• Proficient in communication and stakeholder management, fluent in English
• Medical device experience is strongly preferred. Knowledge and experience with relevant Medical Device regulations and standards, such as EU MDR 2017/745, FDA 21 CFR 820.30, IEC 62304, and ISO 13485.
