a. Project Management Methodologies:

  • Proficient in Waterfall, Agile, and other methodologies; PMP/Scrum Master certification.

b. Tools and Technologies :

  • Proficient in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello; familiar with development collaboration tools such as Git and Jenkins.

c. Technical Background :

  • Understand the full software development lifecycle (requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment); basic knowledge of at least one mainstream programming language (e.g., Java/Python/JavaScript).
  1. Soft Skills

a. Communication and Coordination:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical teams.

b. Problem-Solving:

  • Logical thinking and stress tolerance; ability to quickly identify and resolve urgent issues in projects.

c. Team Management :

  • Experience leading teams of 5-10 members, skilled in task allocation, progress tracking, and performance feedback.
  1. Industry Experience
  • 5+ years of software project management experience, having led at least 5 full-cycle projects. at least 1 AI related project(e.g., enterprise systems, web/mobile applications).
  • Familiarity with business processes in vertical industries such as finance, e-commerce.
Responsibilities
  1. Full Project Lifecycle Management
  • Lead requirements analysis, plan development, resource coordination, and schedule control for software projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Chair project kickoff meetings, weekly meetings, and milestone reviews; track task progress and resolve risks such as requirement changes or technical challenges in a timely manner.
  1. Team Collaboration and Communication
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, testing, design, and product to drive requirement implementation and technical solution execution.
  • Maintain frequent communication with clients/stakeholders, regularly report project status, manage expectations, and sustain partnership relationships.
  1. Quality Management and Risk Control
  • Establish project quality standards and supervise code reviews, test case execution, and other processes to ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
  • Identify project risks (e.g., resource conflicts, technical bottlenecks, requirement changes), formulate mitigation plans, and report to management promptly.
  1. Process Optimization and Documentation Management
  • Optimize project management processes (e.g., Agile development, Scrum/XP) to enhance team efficiency.
  • Standardize project documentation (requirements specifications, development plans, test reports, etc.) to ensure completeness and traceability.
