JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Software Project Manager to lead and oversee our software development projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of project lifecycle management, key project milestones, and software implementation processes. Experience with TEMs, Salesforce, and SolarWinds is highly desirable.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• ⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, or a related field.
• ⁠ ⁠3+ years of experience in software project management.
• ⁠ ⁠Familiarity with TEMs, Salesforce, and SolarWinds.
• ⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and key milestones.
• ⁠ ⁠Work language English.
• ⁠ ⁠Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
• ⁠ ⁠PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are preferred.

• ⁠ ⁠Manage software development projects from initiation to completion.
• ⁠ ⁠Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• ⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met.
• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication and task delegation.
• ⁠ ⁠Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• ⁠ ⁠Ensure projects adhere to budget, quality, and compliance standards.
• ⁠ ⁠Utilize tools such as Salesforce, SolarWinds, and TEMs to support project execution.
• ⁠ ⁠Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
