Job Description As a Software QA Engineer, you will be responsible for: ⦁ Practical ability to create and maintain automated API tests. ⦁ ETL process testing. ⦁ Fluent in writing automated tests. ⦁ Creating and maintaining test pipelines, integrating tests with CI/CD. ⦁ Maintaining test cases, test documentation and defect reporting. Qualifications Technical requirements: ⦁ WebAPI testing – practical ability to create, run and maintain automated API (REST) tests (Cucumber/SpecFlow/PlayWright). ⦁ ETL process testing ⦁ C# – fluent in writing automated tests, good knowledge of OOP, test design based on .NET frameworks. ⦁ Messaging/Asynchronous data flows – basic knowledge of testing queue-based flows (e.g. Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Hub). ⦁ SQL - writing queries for data analysis and validation (SELECT, JOIN, aggregations), checking data consistency between systems. ⦁ Azure DevOps - creating and maintaining test pipelines, integrating tests with CI/CD, analysing test results and reports. ⦁ Code repository (GIT) – working with branches, code review, PR. ⦁ Test management & tracking – maintaining test cases, test documentation and defect reporting (Azure Test Plans or others). ⦁ Agile/Scrum – experience in teamwork, participation in refinements and sprint planning. Soft skills: ⦁ Good communication within the development and testing team. ⦁ Ability to think analytically and diagnose errors in complex data flows. ⦁ Independence and responsibility in designing test scenarios. ⦁ Ability to work with incomplete data and reconstruct test cases based on logs, messages and telemetry data. ⦁ B2 level English. Additional advantages: ⦁ Experience in integration testing for data processing systems (e.g. Lakehouse, Databricks). ⦁ Experience in CI/CD - integration of tests with pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). ⦁ ISTQB certificates. Additional Information Work 2 times a week from our office in Warsaw, Lublin, Poznań, Katowice or Rzeszów.
