About the role... We are currently seeking an experienced Software QA Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a multinational environment on a multitude of tasks supporting our business in implementing and developing solutions for large EU and international institutions and private sector companies in Greece and abroad. What you will do... Analyze requirements in order to produce test specifications and test plan documents Design test cases and test data Create automated functional tests according to analysis of business requirements and project specifications. Execute test cases both manually and automated Analyze and report testing progress/ results Ensure testing capabilities are applied throughout the software development lifecycle, aiming to always increase quality following CI/CD practices. Technical Skills required... Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance or similar position Experience testing Web services (REST and/or SOAP) using any of the following tools: Postman, soapUI, loadUI, Jmeter. Knowledge of basic SQL queries Solid understanding of all levels of the testing pyramid. Familiarity with task management (Jira) and test case management tools (qTest, TestRail, etc.) Familiarity working with CI/CD processes and tools (Jenkins, Gitlab CI, etc) Experience in the following will be considered as an asset: Experience in Agile working methodologies Coding experience with Java or Javascript programming languages (other languages also considerable) Experience in Microservices software architecture Experience with Cloud/Containers distributions Behavioral Attributes...
