Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute automated UI, integration, and end-to-end tests using frameworks such as Playwright and Selenium. Perform manual testing when necessary, ensuring comprehensive feature coverage. Oversee test quality and progress across frontend and backend components. Create and maintain detailed test plans and cases for new and existing features. Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes of failures. Work collaboratively with the development and tech-ops teams to address defects. Deliver reports detailing test coverage, optimization strategies, and system improvement insights. Contribute to QA process improvements and mentor junior team members in testing best practices. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing. Familiar with API automation testing/UI-automation testing, server-side stress testing. Proficient in at least one programming language such as Java, Javascript, C# etc. Familiar with quality assurance methodology and understanding of CI/CD. Proficiency in automated testing tools like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium. In-depth understanding of software development and testing life cycles. Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment and communicate effectively across departments.
