• Work in a team building our new CRM/ERP/Project Management software as web and mobile application as well as supporting our current Windows software.
• Own all the quality activities in a cross-functional team
• Actively think and flag edge cases during refinements
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and perform manual testing activities
• Keep track of, prioritize and coordinate the bugs’ backlog
• Perform thorough manual regression testing
• Monitor releases
• Be the link between the customer support and engineering teams
• Investigate and point out unintended product behaviors
• Be willing to contribute to test automation
