If you’re passionate about innovation, collaboration, and making a real impact, we’d love to have you on board Role Summary We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge web applications and Generative AI systems. In this role, you will design and build scalable automation frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to high-quality, secure, and user-centric products. Key Responsibilities: Automation Framework & Test Engineering Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks (Playwright preferred or Cypress) for UI, API (REST), and full end-to-end flows. GenAI Quality Build innovative test strategies for AI-driven features—accuracy, relevance, bias detection, prompt injection vulnerabilities, and managing non-deterministic outputs. Process & Collaboration Analyze and improve quality processes; conduct risk analysis. Partner closely with Product Managers, engineers, and data scientists to embed quality from the start. Performance & Monitoring Develop methods to measure key performance metrics such as AI model response times and overall production stability. Mentorship Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Knowledge (Must Have) Strong understanding of API testing principles and tools (e.g., Postman). Deep knowledge of QA methodologies, Agile/Scrum practices, and CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency in Git. Expertise in JavaScript or TypeScript. Knowledge (Nice to Have) Familiarity with Generative AI or Machine Learning concepts (e.g., prompt engineering, model evaluation). Understanding how to test non-deterministic systems. Skills & Experience:Must Have 3–5+ years of QA experience with a focus on building automation frameworks from scratch. Hands-on experience with modern automation tools (Playwright preferred; Cypress acceptable). Ability to test UI, API (REST), and complex user flows. Experience conducting risk analysis and evaluating quality processes. Nice to Have Experience testing AI/ML systems. Experience in performance monitoring (AI model latency, system stability). General Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas to global teams.
