Your tasks:

  • Ensuring the quality of safety-critical embedded software developments
  • Development, implementation and monitoring of quality processes in accordance with aviation standards (e.g. DO178, DO330)
  • Ensuring compliance with defined software development processes
  • Conducting internal reviews and audits
  • Creation and maintenance of quality-relevant documentation, evidence and reports
  • Conducting internal training on software lifecycle processes and aviation standards
  • Close collaboration with development teams, project management and customers

Your qualifications:

  • Successfully completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics, aerospace engineering, engineering or a comparable field.
  • Proven professional experience in the field of quality management and quality assurance
  • Experience in the development or quality assurance of safety-critical embedded software
  • Experience with structured documentation, verification, and release processes
  • Knowledge of requirements management tools, ideally IBM Rational DOORS
  • Independent and solution-oriented work
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Quick comprehension and interest in complex technical contexts
