WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Quality Assurance Engineer you will play a crucial role in performing testing of new and existing features. You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining test plans, test cases and test scripts for various types of testing. Executing tests, identifying defects, and working closely within a squad as an embedded tester to drive delivery at pace with quality.
At Signable, QA is an integral part of our product team. Our testers contribute to feature planning, sprint rituals, and product improvements and are embedded into a squad. You’ll work alongside developers, QA engineers, and product managers in an Agile squad, helping ensure quality across our features from test planning to release validation.
You will utilise specified test tools and frameworks to execute and maintain manual test scripts as well as writing and executing automated tests, ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality.
You will also be involved in non-functional testing including accessibility testing, helping to guarantee system stability and reliability.
Collaboration will be a vital aspect of your role, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders using agile methods. Working independently with supportive direction, you will deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines, contributing to multiple projects simultaneously.
